A Promising & Not-Unpleasant Call

Verizon rep was very polite on phone yesterday. I was ill, but nevertheless mentally budgeted an hour and a half and forced myself to be patient and polite as possible. We ended our call after approximately one hour with a promise that a tech would be at the house Monday sometime between eight a.m. and noon. Updates to follow.
